Arrive at school next fall with great summer memories and one less
course to worry about! Join our interactive, educational and enjoyable
summer programs. Each credit lasts for three weeks. Using our unique, pro-active
approach to the Ontario Curriculum you will create, play and visit
Interesting places throughout the city. Choose projects and assignments that
explore your interests, engage your creativity and ignite your passion.
Students should be prepared for classes, workshops and field trips from 9:00 am – 5:10 pm but some activities may end earlier or go later. (A schedule will be available 2 weeks prior to the beginning of each session). Courses Include: Includes costs for all workshops field trips and materials. FEES $1,200 ts at e Compass Outdoor Centre Located in the Madawaska Highlands with over 500 acres of unspoiled wilderness you can canoe, kayak, hike and build your way to high school credits. The York River meanders through the property extending from the Conroy Marsh Game Reserve to Egan Chutes Provincial Park. On the northern edge of the site, Foster Lake provides miles of shoreline, beaches and access to water activities and fun. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff and comfortable facilities add to the quality and uniqueness of our program. Courses include: Healthy Active Living Grade 12 Concentrate on your athletic and camping skills, while gaining confidence and earning credits. |
